Guided setup wizards
Server files, ports, firewall rules, cluster IDs and startup flags walked through step by step, with sane defaults. No more copy-pasting a stranger's GameUserSettings.ini.
yaaass.com · ARK: Survival Ascended · Windows & Linux · Self‑hosted
YAAASS is a complete server lifecycle suite — install, configure, cluster, monitor, back up, and recover ARK: Survival Ascended servers from one web app. Easy enough for your gaming PC. Serious enough for a 12‑map cluster.
*until your RAM files a complaint.
Zero to Island in three
No SteamCMD incantations. No port-forwarding forum archaeology. No GameUserSettings.ini at 2am.
One installer on the machine that will host your servers. It brings its own runtime, sets up the service, and opens the web UI on your LAN.
Choose The Island, Scorched Earth, Aberration, Extinction, Ragnarok — whatever's out. YAAASS pulls the server files, assigns ports, and wires the cluster ID for you.
Servers boot, mods sync, backups schedule themselves, and the status board goes green. Share the join link. Go play.
It's a web app
Phone on the couch, laptop at work, tablet in bed. Same control panel, full power, role-based access for the admins you actually trust.
The whole lifecycle
Server files, ports, firewall rules, cluster IDs and startup flags walked through step by step, with sane defaults. No more copy-pasting a stranger's GameUserSettings.ini.
Built for multi-map from the first line of code. Shared cluster storage, synced settings, per-server overrides, and transfers that actually work.
Scheduled, versioned, integrity-checked saves with off-box targets. Roll a single tribe's data or the entire map back to any restore point.
Watchdog catches hangs, OOMs and failed updates, restarts cleanly, and tells you what happened — before your players do.
Install, pin, order and stage mod updates across the whole cluster. Test on one server, promote when it doesn't explode.
Restarts, wipes, events, messages, update windows. Warn players in chat, drain the server, do the thing, come back green.
Player list, bans, whitelist, tribe lookup and full RCON console in the browser. Delegate access without handing over your desktop.
Every INI setting as a labelled control with sane defaults and a description. Or flip to raw text — you're an adult.
Discord, webhook, or email when a server drops, a backup fails, or disk gets thin. Silence the ones you don't care about.

Pricing
We're still landing the exact model — but here's the promise: the core suite is yours, on your hardware, with no monthly bill and no per-server tax. Ever.
If plugins go paid, the core stays free. If the core is $30, it's $30 once — not once a month.
Straight answer: we haven't decided yet. Get on the list and you'll be told before anyone else — and early adopters get the good deal either way.
Questions
Home is the whole point. If your PC can run the game, it can host with YAAASS. The app handles service install, port setup, and gives you a join link. It scales up to rented boxes and dedicated hardware from the exact same UI.
Both. Same web app, same features, same config format. Move a cluster between them without rebuilding it.
Yes — point YAAASS at an existing install and it imports the saves, configs and mod list rather than starting over.
Your saves, configs and backups stay on your box, going wherever you point them — that part's not changing. The app may check in with some anonymized health/usage data to make monitoring and alerts better, and there could be an optional account down the line for things like remote access. Nothing gets sold, and nothing's required to just run a server.
Not supported, and it won't be. YAAASS is built around Ascended's server binaries and file layout from the ground up — legacy ASE isn't on the roadmap.
Soon — and "soon" here means a real build, not a landing page with a mailing list attached to nothing. Drop your email and you'll get exactly one message when it ships.
